I found Zoe Zen Photography through Google. I was looking to hire someone for a newborn photo shoot. I decided on Zoe Zen Photography based on her affordable pricing and the quality of the pictures on her website. She was very quick to respond to my inquiry and set up my appointment in a very reasonable time frame. The shoot itself was amazing. She was very helpful with providing me with suggestions on what to bring to the shoot to make the most of it. Prior to shooting, she listened to what items and outfits were most important to me. She made sure to include those items in the shoot. Following the shoot, the follow up appointment to view the photos was within a reasonable time frame. The photos were amazing. The quality of the pictures were fantastic! She was able to edit the photos and smooth out wayward hair strands creating beautiful family photos that I could not be more pleased with. Given my wonderful experience and the reasonable prices, I have already booked a photo package for 6, 9, and 1 year old photo shoots that will allow us to capture the growth of our child. Looking forward to our next photo shoot!

Our experience with Zoe Zen has been GREAT. We had newborn photos taken for our 3 week old and the experience went beyond our expectations. Zoe was professional and kind. It’s stressful having to take a newborn out, let alone get them to cooperate for a photo shoot, but Zoe worked with our schedule (feeding and eating), provided a comfortable and friendly environment, and made us feel welcome and confidant. She provided a lot of props and clearly had a plan for the photos, which we appreciated since we didn’t have a lot of ideas going in about what we wanted. She is very talented and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We just received our photos and as we expected, they are AMAZING. We will definitely be going back for more photos for our baby and would highly recommend her for anyone in the Raleigh area.

I could not be more excited to about my newborn photo shoot. After reviewing the images, I was amazed by the quality and perfection of the photos. I was worried about not having any sweet, sleepy newborn photos because my baby wouldn’t fall asleep during our session; the results of him being awake were just as good if not better! Zoe was able to capture him looking directly at the camera from multiple angles. I’m extremely pleased with her work and would highly recommend her!

Zoe Zen is a really great photographer. My wife and I had maternity pictures taken right before the birth of our first child and they were amazing. She did a great job posing us and the photos came out amazing. We also came back for our newborn photos once our daughter was born. And Zoe was a true professional. Zoe was patient with the baby. And gave us time to feed the baby during the session so we could calm her down. And once again, the photos came out amazing!

We loved working with Zoe Zen Photography. With four kids, taking a family picture can be difficult. Zoe worked so professionally and yet so well with our children. They actually enjoyed our photo session. The pictures turned out beautifully! The process of picking out pictures we liked, ordering them and receiving them all was great. She is very responsive with communication. I would highly recommend her to any looking for a great photographer and a great experience!

Zoe is an amazing photographer! She did a shoot with my sister and niece at Raleigh’s Arboretum and it went so smoothly and we had such fun! Zoe is professional, responsive, flexible, and the quality of customer service was stellar! We had two wardrobe changes and many poses in various beautiful locations. Thankfully, Zoe narrowed the photos down to the best ones for our review meeting—there were still close to 100 to look at! We met in her home studio, which is warm and inviting. She showed the photos on a large flat-screen tv with acservice_provideding music. It was a relaxing environment to select the final photos for our package. Zoe was great when we were indecisive—pointing out subtleties we didn’t notice—helping us make our final selections. The photos we ordered were gorgeous, high quality prints, and they and the disc were very beautifully and thoughtfully packaged. I recommend Zoe Zen Photography to anyone looking for a professional photographer to capture life’s special moments or events you want to remember. Zoe’s years of experience made ours a dream!

I used Zoe Zen Photography for a family shoot of my sons and myself. She was so flexible with dates, which was refreshing. My older son is autistic, which can be challenging in a photo shoot, but she was very patient and understanding and was able to get him to relax. My older son is a toddler and she was also very understanding and was able to capture great shots of him in action. She was able to capture us having fun (not awkward poses) and playing–which creates great photos. Her turnaround for getting the proofs and the prints/disc to me was very fast–I am quite impressed. I am so very pleased with her work and would whole-heartedly recommend anybody use her.

It was a treat having Zoe take my graduation photographs. The location she suggested to take outdoor photos was perfect for the occasion. During the photo session, she was patient in working with me on the poses and was thoughtful in creating the photo compositions. The photographs came out very lovely and Zoe was professional throughout the process. 5/5

We had Zoe taken our engagement and wedding pictures this past year and we are SO incredibly happy with the results! Zoe and Chris are so easy to work with and were so accommodating, and happily traveled to Greensboro to take our wedding pictures. I would recommend Zoe Zen Photography to all our family and friends! She kept me up to date on when our wedding pictures, books and canvas would be available to pick up. Every time our friends and family look at the pictures, they are instantly taken back to our wedding day. She is THAT good. Thank you SO much Zoe for capturing our wedding day!!

Very professional and created dreamy photos I’ve always dreamed of having for my wedding! She exceeded my expectations and was very easy to work with. Her studio is professional and has a wide variety of selection for you to pick and choose. I suck at smiling for photos but she makes you feel very relaxed so that natural and candid shots come out great! No regrets, will definitely recommend to all my friends.
